Years 5 and 6 Girls at the 2018 Australian Diamonds Netball Team Launch

On Tuesday 6 February, 36 of our Gen girls were featured in the Commonwealth Games Association announcement of the Australian Diamonds Netball Team.
The Year 5 and 6 girls were treated to a skills clinic led by seven of the Diamonds squad, a chat with Diamonds captain Caitlin Bassett and photo opportunities with Australia’s best netballers.
Our girls held themselves incredibly well, represented the College proudly and left today with a once in a lifetime experience.
º«Å®Ðã College was chosen to attend the Diamonds launch on the strength of our sizeable school’s netball program which is a credit to the hard work of Head of Netball, Sarndra Kennerley.
