Australian Brain Bee state finals- 2018

º«Å®Ðã students had a fabulous day competing in the state final of the Australian Brain Bee neuroscience competition. Thanks to the Australasian Neuroscience Society, Florey Institute, University of Melbourne, Monash University and Sponsors for this event. What a great learning opportunity!

“The Brain Bee was a great way to discover things that you don’t ordinarily learn at school. With the day dedicated to neuroscience, we learnt about the brain, its function It was amazing to be able to see the Florey Institute Labs and Gallery as well as to hear from some inspiring professors who knew so much about their field of work. Their insight into things that were completely foreign to us, were incredibly interesting and inspired us to learn more about the functions that occur in our brains every day.” (Ruby Year 10)
